Artisan Geeks is located in Spain, and we ship Worldwide with the carrier CORREOS and its partners.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs include end-to-end Tracking that will be provided via email, and require Signature on delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination address and the physical size of the items delivered, as per the table below. All prices include VAT.

***Shipping to the US are temporarily suspended.

In all cases the Shipping costs will be charged only once per order, regardless of the quantity of items.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 75€.

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used once the order has been returned and delivered back to us. Return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

* Custom or personalized items
* Items damaged after delivery or items that present signs of wear or use
* Digital goods if the customer has already downloaded them.
